30 Day Return/Refund Policy

I want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied please contact me via email here within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Is it a quality or damage issue? Please include a description of your concerns and provide clear photo(s) to best show the issues.

Is it a size issue? Return the garment (sorry, but you’ll have to pay the shipping cost) with a note enclosed that includes your name, address, phone number and whether you want a refund or the garment replaced in a different size.

Was it a gift to you? I understand that gift giving can be tricky! Please send me an email and we’ll figure out the best solution whether it’s an exchange, credit, or a refund.

Cancellations and Changes to Order

Refunds

• PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
